Eryngium maritimum Apiaceae Jana Olson Drobinsky, Berkeley Eryngiums are often grown for their metallic blue flowers and this one is no exception. The flowers are somewhat small but are produced in abundance. The leaves are also very attractive as they are silver colored, large, and holly-shaped.
