Taiwania flousiana Family: Taxodiaceae Common Name(s): Grown by: SF Botanical Garden, San Francisco A close relative of the more common T. cryptomeriodes, this evergreen conifer can reach 100+ feet. It does resemble a cryptomeria, although it is slightly less hardy, only to zone 8. As a small tree, it is very graceful with drooping branchlets. Photo by Steve Morse
