Family: Solanaceae Common Name(s): Variegated Tobacco Grown by: Bruce Peters, San Francisco This is usually considered to be an annual or biennial, but offsets can be propagated for many years. The unvariegated form is the tobacco of commerce. The plant shown has very pleasing variegated leaves to 6 inches long. It likes heat and water and needs winter sun to persist.
